4 m flexible stainless steel hose with 3/4" fittings

includes 4 self-sealing female fittings

Tuyau flexible en acier 3/4 extensible 200/400 mm - pour eau et gaz - 60202

FEATURES:

4 m gas hose kit. 3/4" in stainless steel with 4 self-sealing female fittings UNI EN 15266 complete yellow coated uniroll 3/4" kit for gas CSST UNI EN 15266 max 0.5bar. PLT-CSST corrugated tube system in 316L stainless steel covered with a yellow protective coating for gas transport in compliance with UNI EN 15266:2007 - UNI/TS 11340 regulations.

The coated uniroll PLT-CSST (corrugated stainless steel pipe) "piping system (kit)" is certified and compliant with the European regulation UNI EN 15266:2007 in all its components, requiring no intervention from the installer for the formation of the sealing elements (flating), as required by point 3.2 of the reference legislation. It also complies with the UNI/TS 11340 technical specification relating to the installation of CSST piping where point 4.3.4 requires that sealing be guaranteed metal on metal. The covered CSST tubes are suitable for the construction of installations for domestic and similar use, for users with a single nominal heat input not exceeding 35 kW that use gases of the first family (city gas), second family (natural gas: methane) and third family (LPG). In the "bare" version, the pipes are suitable for transporting drinking water, in accordance with Decree no. 174 of 06/04/2004.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS VALID FOR COVERED AND BARE PIPES:

Cut to the desired length and remove approximately 2.5cm of protective sheath from both sides, if present.
Insert the appropriate nut and position the pre-formed handle on the second wave of the corrugated tube. Bring the nut into contact with the pre-formed handle, insert the appropriate metal gasket.
Connect to the system or a nipple with a flat stop and tighten so that the flared deformation of the corrugated tube seals between the two rings.
Use the special adhesive tape provided, resistant up to 105°C, to seal the metal parts. To prevent corrosion and damage, form a double layer of it.

CERTIFICATIONS:

The Uniroll covered piping system is certified and complies with UNI EN 15266:2007 which establishes all the necessary requirements for certification: design, materials, controls, manufacturing, marking. It is important to emphasize that "the entire system" complies with the aforementioned reference legislation, especially point 3.2 where it is expressly specified: "flexible tubes and their associated components obtained or specified from a manufacturer who has the responsibility for design and performance for the kit", performance which must therefore be guaranteed without the operator manually intervening in the formation of the sealing elements, which is why uniroll is "self-flaring". The UNI EN 15266 regulation also requires the manufacturer to continuously monitor the entire production process, so as to guarantee constant product quality. It is also certified with the ISO 9001 quality system. In the "bare" version, the pipes are suitable for transporting drinking water, in accordance with Decree no. 174 of 04/06/2004. The different regulations and installation methods are the regulations that regulate the design, installation, testing and maintenance of gas systems for domestic and similar use, which must be built or modified in all the different phases in a safe and reliable way, guaranteeing the safety of people, animals and property as a priority, without forgetting the protection of their environment, by competent personnel with appropriate knowledge and experience. In the specific case of systems created with the uniroll CSST piping system, the main reference standards are the following:
UNI EN 15266:2007 is the product standard, which establishes the design, production and certification parameters of the entire CSST piping system.
UNI/TS 11340.2009 is the installation standard, applied in conjunction with UNI 7129 and UNI 7131, establishing the installation and use methods for CSST piping systems.

At the end of the work, the installing company, after having carried out all the checks required by current legislation, must issue the customer with the declaration of conformity of the systems, citing the two regulations mentioned above. The uniroll system's CSST covered gas pipes can be installed with different installation methods: apparent, underground, concealed, in a channel or niche, both inside and outside single-family or multi-family buildings, always following all the criteria, recommendations and limitations contained in the reference technical specification UNI/TS 11340, in the general installation rules for gas systems UNI 7129 and uni 7131, and in any local regulations.
