The water chamber of the PressureWave™ series is made of a virgin polypropylene liner coupled with a high-butyl content diaphragm (FDA certified). The diaphragm is fixed to the tank structure by a steel ring.
The brass air valve, closed by a sealed threaded cap, prevents any pressure loss. Water enters the tank through a patented connection (equipped with a hexagon for screwing and unscrewing) made of stainless steel.
Both the polypropylene casing and diaphragm are reinforced in specific wear areas for superior durability. All internal parts, including the choke, are rounded to prevent damage to the diaphragm under extreme usage conditions. The special water connection ensures a double water/air seal ensuring
no leaks and maintaining tank pressure.
Externally, the vessel is covered with an almond-colored two-component polyurethane paint applied over an epoxy base which allows for hundreds of hours of exposure to salt spray and high UV protection.
PressureWave™ vessels are subjected to numerous quality tests throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the product's integrity. structural structure of each individual specimen.
