The PressureWave ™ PWB-18LX tank is ideal for a wide range of applications, including pressurization systems, artesian wells, irrigation systems, constant pressure systems, variable frequency electronic systems, thermal expansion, anti-water hammer.
The PressureWave ™PWB-18LX series is manufactured with an original polypropylene liner combined with a high quality butyl diaphragm. FDA approved with a unique diaphragm design; this is pressed against the tank walls by a steel closing ring. The hermetic dust cover protecting the pre-charge valve prevents air leaks.
Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel hydraulic fitting.
All internal parts, including the air valve, are rounded to prevent diaphragm perforation.
On the outside, the almond-colored two-component polyurethane paint applied over an epoxy primer guarantees high resistance to atmospheric agents and durability over time.
The PressureWave ™ tanks undergo quality tests in several phases during the production process to ensure the structural integrity of each tank.
