Description:

PG2015 protects surfaces from heat, preventing areas around the welding or brazing point from burning or deforming. Thanks to its gel formula, it adheres without dripping, creating a protective barrier that dissipates heat from the torch. PG2015 is easy to use, safe, and non-toxic, does not stain, leaves no residue, and protects painted and varnished surfaces from color alteration. With PG2015, you can avoid costly heat-related damage to components and materials. Apply a generous amount of product around the point to be welded or brazed, carefully covering the areas to be protected. Pipes must be treated by covering their entire circumference to ensure proper heat dissipation. Then proceed with welding or brazing as usual. If the working time needs to be extended or if other points need to be treated, reapply PG2015. Once welding or brazing is complete, remove the product with a cloth, paper, or water. It should be used by an experienced operator, equipped with specific personal protective equipment.
