Solvent-based and fiber-reinforced bitumen sealant for roofing, for sealing, repair and waterproofing

Description:

A unique and exceptional product for repairing all types of roofs, offering optimal flexibility. Direct sealing and permanent repair at temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C, on dry or wet surfaces, without sagging. Rain-resistant, even when fresh or freshly applied. Coverage +/- 2 kg/m² for 1.5 mm layers.

Applications:

• Adheres to polymer bitumen membranes, shingles, brick, concrete, metal, wood and most plastics.
• Used for quick localized repairs of old polymer-bitumen membranes, for sealing between membranes and vertical concrete.
• Bonding of Canadian bitumen shingles and insulation panels.
• Immediate sealing of construction joints on roofs and coverings such as chimneys, skylights, downpipes, flashings, ventilation ducts, antennas and gutters.
• Used at the junctions of polymer-bitumen membranes to achieve a perfect cold bond.
• Used for collars around penetration pipes.
• It can be used to fill joints, cracks and gaps of all sizes.

Instructions for use:

• Brush well before application.
• For joint filling, we recommend using the product in cartridges.
• It is ready to use and can be smoothed or shaped using spatulas or other metal tools using TAC CLEANER PLUS to facilitate the aesthetic finish of the joint. For flexible profiles, two layers reinforced with a glass fleece are recommended.
• Adapt the nozzle. Cut the tip to the desired diameter. Place the cartridge on the GUN PLUS gun. Extract the product. Finish with a spatula, moistening with TAC CLEANER PLUS. Clean your instruments with TAC CLEANER PLUS.
