Specifications:
- Holds 59 bar of coolant pressure 12 minutes after bonding (20 minutes for aluminum)
- Holds 83 bar of coolant pressure – fully cured
- Bonding time in 1 minute for aluminum and sets in 4 minutes
- In approx 2 hours, it fully cures and will withstand up to 83 bar of coolant pressure
- Starts to set in 20 seconds and forms a solid bond in 3 minutes
- Makes approximately 200 bonds on 1/2 inch pipe
- Temperature range -65 to 350 ˚F (-54 to 177 ˚C)
- Adhesion strength (ASTM 4541): 1,500 ft-lb separation, 450 ft-lb rotation.
