Oxypropane welding is one of the autogenous welding techniques. The flame is obtained from the combustion between oxygen and a gas derived from a mixture of hydrocarbons.

Due to its high ductility, limited cost, and versatility in welding, it is most suitable for small jobs and the hobby sector.
