GAS SAFETY VALVE
FOR 3/8 SX PRESSURE REDUCER WITH GAS THREAD - FLOW RATE 3000 L/H
Safety valves:
Safety devices are specifically designed and created for use in welding, oxy-fuel cutting and similar techniques.
Therefore, their use in different fields should be considered inappropriate (e.g., heating systems, domestic gas distribution networks, etc.).
Use:
Depending on the models, they must be used on pressure reducers, along the hoses (tube-to-tube models) or on the torch handles. Normally, the most appropriate use involves 1 valve for each gas on the pressure regulator and 1 on the torch handle or, instead of the latter, along the hoses at a maximum distance of 1 m from the torch.
Description:
OXYTURBO valves are 100% individually tested with a digital machine and are supplied with an instruction booklet explaining the markings, installation and maintenance instructions.
Good welding work is also safety!:
All gas flashbacks and flames are caused by the alteration of the balance between the exit speed of the mixture and the combustion speed. Our valves prevent gas and flame flashbacks during welding work.
In accordance with the European standard EN 730-1, valves must include:
- the valve model
- the manufacturer's name or abbreviation
- the regulation number reference (EN 730-1)
- the functions performed by the valve (FA for flashback prevention, NV for gas non-return)
- the type of gas (abbreviation) for which the valve was designed
The label color is also differentiated to further identify the valves immediately and thus facilitate installation and maintenance.
ROTARY FLASHBACK ARRESTOR Ø 20
ROTARY SAFETY VALVES FOR REDUCER - FLOW RATE 3,000 lt/h
Performs an important function:
- prevents gas flashback Its small dimensions allow it to be assembled on any gearbox while ensuring adequate flow even for cutting operations at 300 mm.
