Copper Tube Characteristics
Annealed (R220) seamless ACRCu-DHP 99.90 min. copper. Mechanical properties, dimensions, tolerances, and eccentricity in accordance with EN 12735-1. Internally cleaned and dehumidified with inert gas, carbon residue <0.34 mg/dm², and ends sealed with caps according to ASTM B280.

Insulation Characteristics
Extruded, seamless, closed-cell expanded polyethylene insulating sleeve with a very high water vapor diffusion resistance factor (anti-condensation ≥ 15000) and Class 1 fire behavior. The expansion of polyethylene is carried out without the use of CFCs and HCFCs harmful to health and the environment, as required by European Regulation EEC/EU 2037/2000.
Thermal conductivity at 40°C ≤ 0.40 W/m*K
Operating temperature -80°/+100°C
To prevent the crystallization process of PE exposed to solar radiation, the insulating sleeve is protected by a silver-grey LDPE film capable of absorbing UV radiation while maintaining its insulating properties. The anti-UV additive does not interfere with the halogen-free flame retardant present in the LDPE film.

Areas of Use
Specifically for air conditioning systems and the transport of R407C, R410A, and R32 refrigerants. Particularly suitable for areas with high solar radiation.
