Copper Tube Characteristics
Annealed (R220) seamless ACRCu-DHP 99.90 min. copper. Mechanical properties, dimensions, tolerances, and eccentricities according to EN 12735-1. Internal cleaning and dehumidification with inert gas, carbon residue <0.34 mg/dm², and ends sealed with caps in accordance with ASTM B280.

Insulation Characteristics
Extruded, seamless, closed-cell expanded polyethylene insulation sheath with a very high water vapor diffusion resistance factor (anti-condensation ≥ 15000) and Class 1 fire behavior. Polyethylene expansion is carried out without the use of harmful CFCs and HCFCs, as required by European Regulation EEC/EU 2037/2000.
Thermal conductivity at 40°C ≤ 0.40 W/m*K
Operating temperature -80°/+100°C
To prevent the crystallization process of PE exposed to sunlight, the insulating sheath in outdoor installations is protected by a silver-grey LDPE film capable of absorbing UV rays while maintaining its insulating properties. The anti-UV additive does not conflict with the halogen-free flame retardant (HALOGEN-FREE) present in the LDPE film.

Areas of Use
Specifically for air conditioning systems and the transport of R407C, R410A, and R32 refrigerant gases. Suitable for geographical areas with strong sunlight.
