Copper tube
ACRCu-DHP 99.90 min. annealed (R220) seamless copper. Mechanical characteristics, dimensions, tolerances and eccentricity comply with EN 12735-1. Internal cleaning and dehumidification with inert gas, carbon residue <0.34 mg/dm² and ends sealed with caps according to ASTM B280.

Insulation characteristics
Insulation sheath made of extruded, seamless, closed-cell expanded polyethylene with very high resistance to water vapor diffusion (anti-condensation ≥ 15000) and Class 1 fire behavior. Polyethylene expansion is carried out without the use of CFCs and HCFCs harmful to health and the environment, as prescribed by European Regulation CEE/EU 2037/2000.
Thermal conductivity at 40°C ≤ 0.40 W/m*K
Operating temperature -80°/+100°C
To avoid the crystallization process of PE exposed to sunlight, the insulating sheath for outdoor installation is protected by a silver-grey LDPE film capable of absorbing UV radiation while maintaining insulating properties. The anti-UV additive does not contradict the ecological halogen-free flame retardant present in the LDPE film.

Areas of use
Specific for air conditioning systems and the transport of R407C, R410A and R32 refrigerant gases. Due to its special characteristics, it is suitable for geographical areas with strong sunlight.
