Copper tube characteristics:
ACRCu-DHP 99.90 min. seamless annealed copper (R220). Mechanical characteristics, dimensions, tolerances, and eccentricity according to EN 12735-1. Internal cleaning and dehumidification with inert gas, carbon residue <0.34 mg/dm², and ends sealed with caps in accordance with ASTM B280.

Insulation characteristics:
Insulating sheath made of seamless, closed-cell extruded polyethylene foam with a very high water vapor diffusion resistance factor (anti-condensation ≥ 15000) and Class 1 fire behavior. The polyethylene expansion is carried out without the use of harmful CFCs and HCFCs, as stipulated in European regulation EEC/EU 2037/2000. Thermal conductivity at 40°C ≤ 0.40 W/m*K. Operating temperature -80°/+100°C. To prevent crystallization of PE exposed to sunlight, the insulating sheath in outdoor installations is protected by a silver-gray LDPE film capable of absorbing UV radiation while maintaining its insulating properties. The anti-UV additive does not interfere with the halogen-free flame retardant present in the LDPE film.

Applications:
Specific for air conditioning systems and the transport of R407C, R410A, and R32 refrigerant gases. Suitable for geographical areas with strong sunlight.
