PC-320A CONDENSATE TANK PUMP FOR COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC UNITS
DESCRIPTION:
Condensate pumps remove water (condensation) created when an air conditioning system cools hot, moisture-rich air. The process begins when hot, humid air is cooled by a cooling coil in an air conditioner. As the air cools, the moisture increases. is removed from the cooler air and condenses on the surface of the cooling coil. This moisture, or condensate, is then collected by a water tank in the condensate pump. As the water level inside the condensate pump's tank rises, a float switch inside the tank is lifted by the rising water. When the water level reaches a predetermined height, the float switch triggers the pump motor to turn on. It then pumps the water out of the tank and into a drain hose or pipe. Once the pump has emptied the water, the float drops and signals the pump to stop. Suitable for all voltages worldwide.
