DESCRIPTION:

It is a highly flammable single-component polyurethane foam that cures with air humidity, offering good acoustic and thermal insulation.

• Volume: 33-38 (foamed freely) (750 ml)

• Foam density: 22-26 kg/m³

• Application temperature: min. +5°C (surface), 20-25°C (can)

• Curing time: 5-10 min.

• Cutting time: 20-25 min.

• Drying time: 1.5 - 5 hours, depending on temperature and humidity from -40°C to +90°C

• Dimensional stability: max. ± 5%

• Water absorption: max. 1 vol.%

• Compressive strength: 0.04-0.05 MPa

• Tensile strength: 0.12-0.14 MPa

• Elongation at break: 15-20%

• Thermal conductivity: 0.039 W/(m·K) at 20°C

• Flammability class: B1

APPLICATIONS:

It is used in the construction sector for sealing, filling, insulating, mounting, and installing (electrical installations, wall cracks, fire doors, vaults, etc.), especially when higher resistance to combustion is required.
