DESCRIPTION:
Euroacque ECO boiler protection kit consisting of a polyphosphate dispenser, a dirt separator and a neutralizer useful for protecting the boiler from the acidic condensation produced by condensing boilers.
- POLYPHOSPHATE DOSER
The polyphosphate and silicate dispenser is a device designed to protect boilers, water heaters, washing machines and dishwashers from the formation of limescale and encrustations that compromise their proper use and duration. When a polyphosphate and silicate dispenser is installed on the discharge pipes of a boiler (or other appliances through which water flows), its slow release of polyphosphates and silicates creates a film on the pipes that protects them from limescale formation and therefore from corrosion; It's serious; particularly useful if the water is hard or very hard. It is therefore highly recommended to install it on all household appliances that use water.
- SEPARATOR
The sludge separator is a device that performs the important function of protecting wall-mounted condensing boilers because it filters the water. It is installed on the return of the heating circuit before the water re-enters the boiler and retains impurities present in the circuit. In addition to extending the life of the boiler, it significantly increases the efficiency of the heating system, improves the performance of the entire system, helps keep valves and radiator supports clean (the use of the sludge separator in association with thermostatic valves is recommended). The use of the sludge separator therefore allows for significant savings also on gas consumption because the boiler will always heat clean water.
It is recommended to install the sludge separator already during the activation phase of the installation or in any case at the same time as replacing an old boiler with a new condensing one.
- NEUTRALIZER
To be installed downstream of the condensate drain of condensing boilers to prevent corrosion. The condensation produced by the exhaust gases before expulsion has a low PH and is therefore very acidic due to the carbon dioxide produced during combustion. It is therefore corrosive and dangerous for the domestic sanitation system. The Euroacque neutralizer allows the acidic condensate to pass through the calcium carbonate charge which neutralizes it, increasing the PH>6, allowing for safe discharge.
CHARACTERISTICS:
• Anti-limescale filter with proportional dosing of polyphosphate salts.
• 1/2' connections adjustable 360°C that allow safe installation in any position.
• Integrated bypass valve which contains a quick stop of the water flow to change the cartridge.
Dispenser supplied complete with key and 1 polyphosphate salt cartridge. Polyphosphate dispensers are anti-limescale and anti-corrosion filters for boilers, water heaters, washing machines and dishwashers. Operation is based on automatic and proportional dosing of polyphosphate, with binding and filtering action, capable of:
• Prevent calcium carbonate deposits, i.e. limescale;
• Form a protective film on the internal surface of the pipes, avoiding corrosion.
Polyphosphate is the largest food-grade polymer which naturally prevents limescale formation, avoids pipe blockage and improves the life of boilers and water heaters. Prevents the formation of residues in the pipes, thus protecting all equipment from breakdowns: pipes, showers, taps, boilers, water heaters, washing machines, also allowing energy savings. The polyphosphate cartridge is suitable for all dispensers. In accordance with EEC regulations and suitable for food use.
