COPPER TUBE FEATURES:
ACR (R220) annealed, mechanical characteristics, dimensions, tolerances and eccentricity conforming to UNI EN 12735-1.
Usable with R407C and R410A refrigerants, internal cleaning and dehumidification under inert gas with a maximum total residue of 0.034 g/m² and sealed ends in accordance with ASTM B280.

Coating
Insulating sheath made of physically cross-linked closed-cell expanded polyethylene with the following technical characteristics:
• Thermal conductivity at 40°C λ ≤ 0.040 W/m·K
• Water vapor diffusion Resistance factor (anti-condensation) ≥ 10,000
• Fire reaction class 1
• Operating temperature: -80°C to +120°C
• CFC-free

Outer film made of white extruded polyethylene (LDPE), with flame retardant additive, adhering to the foam to ensure a high level of anti-condensation and excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing.

SELF-FLARING FITTINGS FEATURES:

The metal seal and operating pressure up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems operating with new low environmental impact refrigerants for connecting pipes, valves, tanks and piping components in general.
The clamping ring acts as a vice on the external surface of the pipe to withstand pressure and create an effective seal.
