Copper tube characteristics:
Annealed ACR (R220), mechanical characteristics, dimensions, tolerances and eccentricity compliant with UNI EN 12735-1.
Can be used with R407C and R410A refrigerants, internal cleaning and dehumidification under inert gas with a maximum total residue of 0.034 g/m² and sealed ends in accordance with ASTM B280.

Coating
Insulating sheath made of physically cross-linked closed-cell expanded polyethylene with the following technical values:

• thermal conductivity at 40 °C λ ≤ 0.040 W/m*K
• Water vapour diffusion resistance factor (anti-condensation) μ ≥ 10000
• Fire reaction: class 1
• Operating temperature -80 °C / +120 °C
• does not contain CFCs

White extruded polyethylene (LDPE) outer film, with flame retardant additive, adhering to the foam to ensure a high level of anti-condensation, excellent abrasion and tear resistance.

Self-flaring fitting characteristics:
The metallic seal and the operating pressure of up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems operating with new refrigerants with low environmental impact for connecting pipes, valves, tanks and general piping components.
The clamping ring acts like a vice on the external surface of the pipe to withstand pressure and create an effective seal.

• Compatible with traditional 45° flared fittings
• It is not necessary to calibrate or flare the pipe end, nor to tighten it with a torque wrench. Approvals:
