USE: The entire series is designed for use with fluids classified by Article 13, paragraph 1, letter b, of the PED directive. In accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive fluids belong to group 2; this macro-group also includes refrigerants, belonging to group A1. The entire production range includes normally closed valves, meaning the valve opens when the coil is energized. CONSTRUCTION: The body and flange are made of hot-forged brass EN 12420 - CW617N and the sealing between these two components is ensured by a special HNBR compound gasket. The valve sleeve is made of austenitic stainless steel AISI 305 - 1.4303 and houses the fixed and mobile cores made of ferritic stainless steel AISI 430F - 1.4105; the reaction springs inside the assembly are made of austenitic stainless steel AISI 301. EPDM O-rings, placed above and below the coil, ensure perfect insulation against oxidizing agents. The welded connections of the ODS models are made with copper tube EN 12735-1 - Cu-DHP. style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);">
