TOF Push

Quick fitting that allows the connection of high or low density polyethylene pipes.

The anchoring and assembly system is the simplest, easiest and most immediate. It is composed of only two elements: a truncated conical rubber gasket and a plastic anchoring ring. The special configuration of the rubber ring is dictated by the particular characteristics of polyethylene and its production technology. The truncated cone adapts to the tolerances of the pipe, including ovalizations, guarantees a perfect hydraulic seal thanks to its proportional resistance and becomes a valid support for the mechanical sealing ring. The mechanical sealing ring, thanks to its particular configuration, adapts to the tolerances of the tube and guarantees a perfect lock on the tube itself. For PE 100 pipes and gas pipelines, an internal reinforcement (sleeve) is available to stiffen the pipe. The TOF PE fitting with special reinforcing sleeve is suitable for PE-X pipes.
To make a gas connection, use the S5-GAS reinforcing sleeve.
The TOF fitting is classified as a type A compression joint, according to EN1254-3. The threads comply with UNI ISO 7/1 standard.
