The LG Electronics residential system with R32 refrigerant consists of an outdoor unit with a heat exchanger, to be installed outside the premises, connected by refrigerant lines to an indoor unit for air conditioning. It can operate for cooling, heating, and dehumidification. The indoor units are equipped with the new SOFTAIR indirect air diffusion system. This new technology uses a main dual-wing deflector to quickly reach the ambient temperature and a secondary diffuser for gentle air distribution in maintaining mode.

The units come with integrated WiFi, allowing remote management of all features. The new models are compatible with all voice assistants. From the app, it's possible to view filter maintenance, set power consumption for cooling, and perform self-diagnostics.
