AIR NON-RETURN DAMPER Ø 160 mm
for hot and cold air
FEATURES:
160 mm diameter AIR NON-RETURN DAMPER, ideal for installation in rigid or flexible ducts. It prevents the return of cold air flow or odors.
The item is easy to install because there is no need to cut the pipe, it will be enough to insert it and make it adhere to the inside of it.
Non-return dampers are mounted in ventilation systems that operate punctually or intermittently (e.g. kitchen extractor hoods or forced ventilation ducts).
In addition, they prevent air from passing from the outside to the inside of the room. When the system stops (transition from forced ventilation), the damper closes mechanically thanks to a spring inserted inside the item itself.

The material is galvanized sheet metal, therefore ideal for installation on hot and cold air production and forced extraction circuits.
N.B.: the item is not suitable for installation inside FLUE gas exhaust pipes from: boilers, water heaters and stoves.
