AIR NON-RETURN DAMPER Ø 125 mm
for hot and cold air
FEATURES:
AIR NON-RETURN DAMPER with a diameter of 125 mm, ideal for installation in rigid or flexible ducts. It prevents the return of cold air flow or odors.
The item is easy to install as there is no need to cut the pipe, it will be sufficient to insert it and make it adhere to the inside of the pipe.
Non-return dampers are mounted in ventilation systems that operate punctually or intermittently (e.g. kitchen extractor hoods or forced ventilation ducts).
In addition, they prevent air from passing from the outside to the inside of the room. When the system is switched off (transition from forced ventilation), the damper closes mechanically thanks to a spring inserted inside the item itself.
The material is galvanized sheet metal, making it ideal for installation on hot and cold air production circuits and forced extraction.
N.B.: the item is not suitable for installation inside smoke exhaust pipes from: boilers, water heaters and stoves.
