Charisme CRC 54 MV RAFF. 3.49 KW - HEATING 3.46 KW centrifugal fan coil unit with asynchronous electric motor

DESCRIPTION:

Provides 9 sizes (from 105 to 1500 m3/h) and 5 versions (wall and ceiling, exposed and recessed), each equipped with 3 or 4-row heat exchange coils and with the possibility of adding a 1 or 2-row coil for four-pipe systems.

It is the most complete range, perfectly suited to meet all the air conditioning requirements of working environments such as offices, shops, restaurants and hotel rooms with ducted installations with pressure drops up to 50 Pa.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Cover cabinet: consists of robust side shoulders made of impact-resistant synthetic material (ABS) and a front part made of hot-galvanized and pre-painted steel sheet. The air discharge grille, made of synthetic material, is of the reversible type with fixed fins and is positioned at the top.

Standard colors:

• Side shoulders and air discharge grille: Pantone Cool Gray 1C (light gray)

• Front part: RAL 9003 (white)

• Other colors on request.

Internal load-bearing structure: made of 1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal, composed of two side shoulders and an insulated back wall with a 3 mm thick mattress, made of M1 class closed-cell polyethylene.

Filter: regenerable honeycomb polypropylene. The frame, made of galvanized sheet metal, is inserted into guides fixed to the internal structure that allow for easy extraction. A front filter cover, made of plastic material of the same color as the discharge grille, highlights its presence.

Fan unit: composed of particularly silent double inlet centrifugal fans, with aluminum or plastic impellers statically and dynamically balanced, directly keyed to the crankshaft

Electric motor: single-phase type, with six speeds, three of which are connected, mounted on elastic anti-vibration supports and with permanently inserted capacitor, internal thermal protection with automatic reset, IP 20 degree of protection and class B.

Heat exchange coil: is constructed with copper tubes and aluminum fins fixed to the tubes by a mechanical lamination process. The main coil and any additional coil are equipped with two Ø 1/2" female gas connections. The manifolds are equipped with Ø 1/8" gas air vents and water drains. The exchanger is not suitable for use in corrosive atmospheres or in any environments where corrosion may occur on aluminum.
The coils are reversible: the side of the connections can therefore be inverted during on-site assembly.

Condensate drain pan: made of plastic material, L-shaped and fixed to the internal structure; in the MO-MVB and IV-IO versions, the pan is insulated with a 3 mm thick mattress of M1 class closed-cell polyethylene. The condensate drain pipe is Ø 15 external.
