Triple action: bacteriostatic + dechlorination + clarification

Microfiltering cartridges for good daily drinking water without bad odors or tastes. Reduces chlorine, tastes, odors, and other harmful contaminants and protects equipment from blockages by clarifying and filtering water, reducing dirt/rust, particles down to 0.5 microns and health-harming contaminants such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts. Equipped with a Carbon Block + silver ion structure to eliminate unwanted odors and flavors, reduce chlorine and apply a bacteriostatic action. Install vertically with the cartridge facing downwards. Leave 6.35 cm (2.5") of free space under the cartridge for easier replacement. Purge the cartridge for 5 minutes at maximum water flow. Replace the cartridge regularly every 12 months as part of scheduled preventive maintenance or when the capacity is reached or in the event that the output pressure is less than 0.7 bar (10 psi).
