The seller is obliged to record, in a specific register, the name, license number, and quantity of gas purchased by the customer.

Those who do not carry out professional installation, assistance, and maintenance activities (e.g., resellers, transporters, etc.) will not be obliged to purchase under license but, at the time of purchase, must complete a declaration in which they state, on their own responsibility, the use they will make of the purchased gas.
