The valves are 100% individually tested with a digital machine and are accompanied by an instruction booklet with an explanation of the markings, installation and maintenance instructions.

All gas and flame flashbacks are caused by the alteration of the equilibrium between the exit speed of the mixture and the combustion speed. Our valves prevent gas and flame flashback during welding work.
Compliant with European standard EN 730-1, the valves obligatorily report:

• the valve model
• the manufacturer's name or abbreviation
• the reference standard number (EN 730-1)
• the functions ensured by the valve (FA for flame prevention, NV for gas return)
• the type of gas (abbreviation) for which the valve was designed

USE:

Depending on the models, they must be used on pressure reducers, along flexible hoses (tube-to-tube models) or on torch handles. Normally, the most appropriate use involves 1 valve for each gas on the pressure reducer and 1 on the torch handle or instead of the latter along the hoses at a maximum distance of 1 m from the torch.
