Toilet seat in glossy white cast polyester resin dedicated to the Gemma 2 wall-mounted toilet model by Dolomite

The creation of the cast product takes place as follows: a pressed chipboard insert with a thickness of 12 mm. it is covered with liquid polyester resin for about 3 mm. Once the hardening process is achieved, the product acquires a stable consistency so as to ensure good resistance to chemical agents, as well as a high hardness capacity to absorb shocks and excessive weights, the seat is then left in a closed environment at constant temperature under UV lamps for 48 hours in order to release all chemical agents present in the resin that cause its yellowing during the maturation phase. This process guarantees that the compliant color can be guaranteed for longer than two years from installation. Subsequently, the product undergoes other fundamental processes of sanding, polishing and cleaning. The seat is then checked by a careful quality control positioned at 3 different points of the route. To finalize the product, we then proceed with the application of polyethylene bumpers, hinges and special fastenings, all inside a transparent heat-shrink film and packaged inside the box.
