Although the fluid temperature does not drop below 3 °C during normal pump operation, it is important to monitor system pressure in the event of a power outage. The anti-freeze valve automatically intervenes and drains the heat transfer fluid when its temperature drops below 3 °C, preventing ice formation in the circuit and reducing the risk of damage to sensitive components such as heat exchangers and pipes. Once the fluid temperature rises back to 4 °C, the valve closes, restoring the system's seal.
